Can PC Lights Be Overdriven?

I know you can buy ballasts to overdrive T5 bulbs.

Can you buy different ballasts to overdrive PC bulbs?

If so, where?

I'm putting my 130w coralife PC unit on top of a frag tank. It would be nice to get a few more lumens out of it.
