can I switch around blue actinic & 10K Odyssea?

I have a 24" odyssea 4 bulb fixture on my 20G Tall. The way they came were 2 blues, and 2 10K's. It almost looks blue in the back and white in the front. It has 2 ballasts, 1 for each set of lights. Could I mix the bulbs around to get a better look?

Yup, but the switches on the back won't work the way they are intended to.

If there is a blue switch and a white switch, the switches will just switch one of each blulb

So I have the blues and whites on seperate timers. So a blue and white (after switching them) will turn on and so will the other?

Yup, unless you actually open up the fixture and rewire it. Which would void your warranty.

What about turning the light into 4 T5 HO lights from ATI? and just using the blue LED's for night lighting?

Yeah, you can put any brand lights into your fixture as long as they are the same length and t5HO bulbs.
