Can I add a clean up crew?

Hey guys I have a 29 bio cube that had been cycling for a month now with 11 lbs of liverock all my water numbers are ph 8.0 ammonia 0ppm nitrites 0ppm nitrates 0ppm salinity 1.021 should I add the rest of my live rock before I get a clean up crew or can I add them together?

I doesn't matter you could add them both @ the same time, but your salinity is kinda low bring that up 1.024.
