Bulkhead and PVC

Do you think It would work if I connected a bulkhead to PVC pipe using Teflon Tape and Cement Glue or possibly Aqaurium Sealant

i used pvc bends with flexible hose for my plumbing with hose clamps and teflon tape on the threads

Is the bulk head threaded or a slip fitting?

If it is threaded you use teflon tape or brush on pipe thread compound. Teflon tape is cleanner and cheaper if you are just doing a few connections.

If it is a slip fitting, you use PVC glue.

Do not use aquarium sealant. That is just silicone and won't work on PVC.

it is Threaded and the PVC is not. Which is my Problem but I think where theres no pressure going thru it, it should be OK with just Teflon Tape.

Then you need to get a threaded adaptor.

Best bet would be to take the bulk head to the hardware store and take a walk through the plumbing isle.
