Beginning to hate this hobby...

Well guys im starting to hate this hobby now. after being successful with a 10 gal fowlr, then my 35 reef, then my 10 gal nano reef. my 75 gal reef is totally unsuccessful. after a month, after moving everything over, after the cycle, my ammonia is still off the charts. over 7.5

Sounds like you moved it too fast and kicked off a new cycle.

Remember the 75 is a new tank and you need to take things slow just like all your old new tanks. Also, check the ammonia against a test from the LFS. Yours might be bad.
