well how much do you want to spend? I bought maxspect G2, which are not bad for LED's but yea. they were still 800 bucks.
My local LFS can make LED's with the new 3 watt cree's for 600 I believe. Other than that, I havent bought any online. Prefer to do it locally and support my LFS

LED lights are not 80 dollars in the US, and if they are, they are not very good.
T5's I can say would be cheaper than here. But ill tell you one thing, if your comparing prices to the US your being ridiculous. Prices here are so much higher because we cant move the same volume. Also because suppliers jack up the prices for us. LED systems at the cheapest are 600 bucks unless you buy second hand.
T5's can go down to 150 bucks for a really cheap set that are 2 bulb and it goes up from there.
