Aquascaping

Hi,
I am having a problem with the aquascaping of our Biocube 14. I think I need to break up the big live rock. Our main live rock to get to 17 pounds is probably 13 pounds. It is cool and has a cave are sort of, but it is a big single piece. I think it will be hard to arrange coral and do not think it looks very natural. I read an aquascape article someone from living reefs had linked. I also went and looked at natural reef projects.

Has anyone ever broke up live rock?

I think you should be able to, its still a rock. Try using a chisel to break it in the way u want to.

Yea.....just dont use a hammer and expect it to break the way you want. Best results would use a reef saw or tile saw would work. or hammer and chisel if u dont mind the pieces being random.

Hammer and chisel is the way to go. Do it outside - pieces of rock will go everywhere.
