Yep!
thats a majano anemone, they can over take your tank. I like them so I have let them grow in my nano but I always kill them in my larger tanks so that they wont take over.
As far as the white bubble anemone, there are several different colors and varieties. usually what happens with the ones that are a white color is that they have been kept under a lower light situation, the anemone will lighten its color so that it can absorb more light, once you put back into a higher light area it will darken up. I purchased one about 5 years ago that looked almost identical to that one and it is now brownish tan with white tips, I think that it is an awesome anemone. Good luck
