algae in scratches

I have green algae growing in the scratches in my glass, what is the best way to remove this? I cannot seem to get anything to dig it out.

Ugh I wish I had an answer for you. Most wouldnt notice it but on my tank I do lol.

you could try toothpicks. the round kind with the pointy ends, not the flat kind. if it doesn't work at least it won't scratch the glass. draw the toothpick right along inside the scratch. it should get a lot of it out.

lol I haven't tried yet. I'm going to try some of these... to be honest the algae is starting to go away. I finally added a Fuge to my tank with Chateo (not sure how to spell it) algae and its like all my other algae's are just going poof. Im astounded.

do not use a magic eraser. they take the shine off, and sum of them have cleaning products embeded in them

Yea, bad idea aquarian. Thank God I came up with the practical magic wand. :) in all honesty, never really thought someone would actually try.

This takes it out of my scratches. Also gets coralline off and the algae at the very top of the tank.
