Adding pods

While at the LFS yesterday, I noticed they sell a small bottle of "Pods". From what I could see, you simple add it to you sump/fuge and they get pumped up to the tank. Has anyone ever heard of this? Did I read the bottle wrong? Are they a good thing to have in a tank?

I have seen them, but when I looked in the bottle, they looked dead. Pods are great for your tank. They are free fish food. If you have live rock, you probably have tons of them that you just don't see. Look in your tank a few hours after lights out. You should see them crawling around on your rock.
