A white worm what is it??

I have found a couple of white worms in my tank, the tank is new I put LR from TBS on TUE and was looking in my tank tonight and saw them ? are they good or bad and once I get my CUC will the get eaten by them (they are small)

There are many types of worms. Are these on the rock or in the sand? Picture would be helpful.

Sounds like spaghetti worms but like Ted said a picture would help with an accurate ID.

one was on the rock and one was on the glass. if it is a spaghetti worm is it good or bad and will CUC take care of them or will fish eat them?

Look up marine tank worms and you will find some pics of various worms found in the hobby.
IF it is a spaghetti worm it is safe.

Doesn't sound like a spaghetti worm to me. They typically come in bunches of little hairs. We would need a pic to know for sure what it is, but you can start here:
