So are these OK? Or bad? I have not added anything to my tank in about 2 years and they just started popping up that I noticed about 2 months ago, what kind of spunge is it?

These round white balls stated appearing on my live rock and d look like they have little green circles in the inside the outer white is kinda transparent, can someone tell me what this is?

Anyone notice that power heads work great when new and after a few months they dont seem to flow as they use to , i have 3 Koralia popwer heads that worked great new but dont seem to flow as good anymore !! i hate to keep buying new power heads that gets pretty expensive. any suggestions/solutions?
