Definitely stop the light plan you have. It is unhealthy imo. Try to get about an 8 hour period. Like little fish said, from 12 onwards is normally a good idea. Also, how old is your tank? Because having an anemone in a young tank is very dangerous

All test kits can go bad, normally, you change them once every 6 months. They have a shelf life. But, dont worry, I honestly dont see it as a problem

Ammonia should not be noticeable at all if yoru cycle has finished. Ammonia is eaten up by bacteria which will then multiply and turn the ammonia into nitrites, then nitrates. When you have 0 ammonia and nitrites you are safe to add fish and corals. Then, you decrease your nitrates through water...

Well, anemones are not generally low light. So if the anemone is moving and not good in color, take them out. You could get a flame angel, they are excellent fish but have a 50/50. I love the lawnmower blennies, as long as the tank isnt young because they like to graze all day. Purple firefish...

The I would think you would be fine for your tank. Sps would be ok, but im not sure if it is 100% enough for SPS, but everything else will grow with no problems. :)

IF the lighting fixture has reflectors it will be enough to keep everything, but only just imo. you dont have to do anything special to the rock, put it in and put at least one peice of live rock and all rock will come alive.
