Xenia like current, make sure you put them in a spot that has a lot of flow and they will perk up.

I've seen people go without a sump with no problems, but no skimmer? In the first month or two of a tanks life, maybe. After that, i'd say you pretty much need it.

hey all, against my better judgement i bought a flashback dottyback for my girlfriend from the lfs, and put him in the reef tank (stupid, stupid...):frustrat: anyway, he hates on my cleaner shrimp and i want to put him in the FOWLR tank. Does anyone have any sneaky tricks to catch a fish short...
