The cycle of clown eggs.

In the picture, if you zoom in, the female has a bloated egg filled belly and has started to drop her clear tube for laying eggs.

The male has cleared an area of lr where they will lay their eggs. There is no coralline algae in the area.

The male is guarding the nest. When the eggs are laid, they are very neon orange. In the next 2 weeks the eggs will morph in a dark purple and then to dark purple with gray dots(eyes).
