Got a mushroom that is growing like crazy and is taking over some Zoa's I have. How to trim back? Just pull of rock?

Anything to worry about?

Can you move the rock the zoas are on? You can frag the mushroom but you have to make sure each piece gets a bit of mouth.

It looks like the zoas are competing for space on multiple fronts there.
It might be easier just to move or frag out the zoas to a spot with more space.
