What is this and why are they spreading around my tank!

Hi, these things keep popping up around my tank! I have tried physically removing them, but they just keep coming back! My water checks out fine all across the board! I have a 29gal with a sump, in the sump I have asSkimmer, heater, and Bio balls. All in separate compartments. I have a aqua life light with 4 HO T5 bulbs and 4 sets of 2 luners. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Perfect, I was able to find ways of removing it from my tank! I believe it is mojanos from what I was just reading! Thanks a lot guys, I'll clue you in on if what I try helps!

Yea, I've had luck with peppermint shrimp, and when I get ones that eat aiptasia I keep them in the tank. When there's ones they miss, I use aipstasia X and it gets rid of em quick.
