So I was going to build a sump/Fuge from acrylic. I got some plans from the internet for design it similar to the ecosystem sump. I was able to obtain acrylic 1/2 inch thick for free. Ordered the weldon from ebay so that I could put it together. I used a table saw and router to cut it down. Many clamps were also used.
Now I had a little leak at one of the joints surprising really since this was my first time using acrylic! made a patch and used weldon 16 and no more leak. I left it full of water for 3 weeks no leaks. Woohoo!
