algae identification help

I have found a couple little pieces of this red algae. The edges of it are luminous under the actinic lights. I was wondering what kind of algae it is and what I can do to help it spread.

its hard to see can we get better pics. i wouldnt want it to spread if u dont know what it is. the only kind of algae you would want to spread is coralline but im pretty sure its not coralline.

ok here is another attempt at an image of the algae. It's less than the size of a pencil eraser and on the side of the rock so getting the camera to focus right can be difficult.

Looks like it could be a plating coraline. Not 100% sure, but it does look cool.
