A big rock of green zoas. I'm trying to get some color in my tank in the worst way. Everything is tan!!!!

I also got an orange cap the other day that seems to be getting cooked by my MH's. I've got it at the bottom of the tank, all of my parameters are where they are supposed to be, but it's losing color.
 
+1 Smitty on the phosphates.Might help to shade the new monti some if its getting full light,even at the bottom of the tank.
Nice additions BTW.
 
Just checked the phosphates. .010ppm. From what I know, I'm within the range for acceptable phosphates. I think it's my MH's. I didn't have enough sense to start it at the bottom, it started at the top half of the tank. When I noticed it, I read a thread, and quickly moved it to the bottom of the tank..

Do they have the ability to repair the damage?
 
Just to be sure I went to the LFS and bought a different phosphate kit today. I have no detectable trace of phosphate on the new test. My water is good. calcium is good, it's gotta be the halides. So we'll wait and see.
