What size tank is this?

So a guy is selling a tank and he does not know how many gallons it is.. Can anyone tell me he said he thinks it is 30" wide and 18.5" tall Here is a pic of it too... Sorry if this is a dumb question

Might be a 29g if his measurements are correct.

EDIT: Make sure you do a leak test before you leave his house. I bought a 45long from someone, didn't do a leak test, got home, and it had a small leak.
