Growing pains?

My white spotted hermit isn't really very active these days and I'm not sure why. He just sits there around one corner of the tank. I believe he just molted recently. Is this behavior normal after molting?

Yeah.Its normal for them to just hide out and take it easy until their new skeleton hardens.
