is on my glass and the first time i see that i remove it and a week later is back..

Snail eggs. Chances of any of them growing into adult snails is slim. They will get eaten by fish and corals.

+1 BJ, you don't don't have a lot of fish you may get a few babies though.

I have never seen any babies grow from eggs in my tanks. :( My fish tend to be big pigs.
