Upgrading to a 55g from my 29 was wondering if I would have to cycle agAin since I'm transferring everything over? Also would this lighting be ok for some corals.....AquaticLife T5 HO 4-Lamp Light Fixtures w/ Lunar LEDs

You might see a cycle, especially if you are reusing your old sand (which I would rinse thoroughly by the way- in salt water if you want to keep the good bacteria alive). If I were you I would count on seeing at least a small cycle, and plan accordingly. Good luck!
