temperature fluctuations

Hi,

I have an 80L (20 Gallon) closed top aquarium. I notice that at night the water temperature is about 1 degree celsius lower than during the day when the lights are on. Will a daily 1 degree change affect Corals as a hear the best thing is to have constant parameters?

1 degree isn't that big of a difference, however, if you are concerned, prop open the top of your tank and you can put a fan blowing across it to increase evaporation.

1 degree C is equal to a few degrees F, though. I think that's a pretty small change and that's okay.

I concur, nothing wrong with a few degrees. All summer mine went from about 78-82 every day. I'll probably get a chiller this year to stabilize it but it didn't seem to have a noticeable negative effect.
