I bought my tank from a lady who had it up and running for 2 years, I transferred everything to my house and everything looks great, water levels were good and didn't seem to have much die off as we kept everything wet. Its been about a month now and all seems good.My question is can I consider this a mature tank or should I consider it a fairly new set up

Because of the move and a new cycle I would hesitate to call it a mature tank, but what exactly are you looking at this label for?

I don't think I'd call it an established tank until you've had it for about 6 months.
