I own two
Saltwater Aquariums for dummies - Not bad, could be better though. Lots of info and presented in the same manner as all "For Dummies" books which is to say very understandable. Very light on pictures and diagrams, but you get the general idea on how to set up and maintain a tank. 330 pages bought it at Borders for $22
The New Marine Aquarium - I like this book better even though it has less pages. Many more pictures and diagrams, and in my opinion better info for starting a tank. 140 pages bought it from Borders for $20
One thing I noticed about both books is they barely touch on the subject of sumps which is a shame because apparently thats the way to go when it comes to filtration.

Dr Shimek is the best. His book explains stuff I did not hear anywhere else.
