RO/DI Unit Question

I recently bought a 5-stage RO/DI unit, and was wondering if you are supposed to empty the water out of the chambers that remains after turning off the water supply to the unit. After using the unit, I let the output tubings (good water and waste water tubes) drain completely, but there is still some water standing in the actual chambers of the unit. Is this bad for the unit?

No, you should not let the unit dry out. It should remain filled with water when you're not using it. It is bad for the unit to empty it out.
