Refugium Stocking Questions?

What should I be stocking in my refugium? I have like 40 lbs of live rock in there right now, but can I seed my refugium to jump start the population of pods and whatnot...

You can buy a bottle of Tigger Pods. They should sell them at your LFS. It's live pods, dump it in your fuge and it will seed it. Make sure you have some macro algae first though, chaetomorpha is the best kind.

Is there any kind of silicon or sealent that you can use in your aquarium that will cure underwater and is non toxic?

What are you using it for? I'm no aware of any silicone that will do that. But epoxy putty will.

Yep, the refugium is a great place for misbehaving crabs.
