Would that be enuff for my 20g tall for my mantis tank? or should i go higher gph?

You have corals? The nano should do fine. I've seen people with the Koralia #1 also.

Only corals i plan on puting in the mantis tank are zoo's and shrooms...dunno even if ill do that. Jus wanted to know if that is too small or would i need to do the #1 which i think is 400 gph....i have 3 of those in my 46g

Don't know how right he was but my son said mantis habitats don't need powerheads that the filter provides enough flow? He could be wrong. I asked about one in my mantis tank and he said nah. <shrug> oh yea, my husband Dana said to say hello to you Dana lol
