Peppermint Shrimp=Knight in Shining Armor

So I've had this aiptasia farm. 3 Peppermint shrimps never touched the stuff. Finally, I pulled Jazz, my little clown, out of the tank and stopped feeding. Presto! I just saw a peppermint shrimp digging into the gravel and chomping down on some baby aiptasia! WooT! Love those guys! Guess I was overfeeding, huh?

Lol...congrats on putting them to work. Now they have to earn their keep!

I have the same problem with feeding them. Mine think they don't need to earn their keep.

I just went to the tank for my bi-weekly "Hour of Aiptasia Killing" with my aiptasia-x and it only took me about 2 mins! Now I'm actually thinking about moving that rock into my big tank, dare I risk it?

I'd definitely wait until the rock has been clear for a couple weeks. But I'm glad your shrimp are finally manning up!!!

After all the good that I have heard a bout peps... I think I will get one when I get my tank set up.
