Parasitic crab?

Reefing newb
I'm trying to upload pictures from my mobile, and I'm not sure if it is working. I noticed today that my fighting conch was upside down, so I pulled him out to do a sniff test and discovered these two little crabs inside his shell. They are small, translucent, and have a body shape like a mithrax crab but more spherical. The larger of the two resembled a large tick. It's body was so round it's feet didn't touch the ground well. Regardless, I picked them off of my conch, who is barely hanging on to life. Could these be a tiny pea crab? Any guesses. Are they making my conch sick, or was my conch sick and they decided to speed things up?

I tried several times unsuccessfully to get a better picture. The things were just to small. The largest one was smaller than a dime.
