How do you know if a frag is really an ORA frag or whether it's just a scam? :question:

Buy from a LFS you trust and you know is a dealer... its not like there is a SN on it so there have been a lot of people trying to sell knock offs in my area.

Like Sarah mentioned, ORA corals are mounted on a big, ugly black ORA plug. There are no other plugs like them...and they suck.
Besides the plug, there is no other way to verify a coral is from ORA. Anyone can buy an ORA frag, break it off the plug, glue on some cheapo frag and sell it as an ORA.

I don't personally care if it is ORA or not. If the coral is tank raised and the frag is holding its color and health. That is all that matters. When you start to get a few generations out of the ocean corals do a lot better.
