wrasses can jump out to, be careful! Mine took a dive the first night i put him in... Threw him back in and hes been cool since.

You may want to look into a nice Blenny. I've had my starry blenny for a long time and he has a really cool personality. He also likes to pick at the liverock. The blenny will eat both meaty & greens...I like to supplement with a small algae sheet every once in a while.
