Im not MIA just BBB but I miss you guys. I had a minor dispute with Qwest and was reminded of the reasons I swore I would never work with them again 9 years ago when I fired them last time. They only lasted 4 months this time. I am without internet until I figure out who I am going to switch to. I will probably be a little less active until I get internet again at the house. I will try not to let that get in the way of the muck-muck!

Damn that sucks! I've had a lot of issues with Quest too. Got rid of them at the house about 5 years ago and 3 months ago at my main store where my office is. Well I hope you get it resolved ASAP, we'll just have to try to keep up with the muck-muck without you. :sniffles:

Well, don't switch to Cox for internet. I've had non stop problems with them for 3 years.

I think they may all be bad. I have Cox at home and Comcast at work. Have had problems on and off with both.

If you have WOW (wide open west) in your area, I would recomend them. They have good customer service. I had a problem with our service yesterday and they had a guy out in less than an hour to fix it. It ended up being comcast changing stuff around that they shouldnt have been touching.(I live in a multi unit dwelling so it happens)

Wide Open West? Never heard of that either. Is that a cable company?

Yeah it is a cable/internet/ VoIP company. They moved into this area about 5-10 yrs ago. Switch from comcast when we were without service for two weeks because they kept missing appointments. One time they actually cancled an appointment because of the heat. It was only 85. When I cancled comcast, they asked what they could do to keep me, I said come fix this problem two weeks ago like you said you would.

that's surprising. Comcast is actually very good in this area but they have an agreement that they will only provide service to specific areas and I am not in their area now. :grumble: I had them in one of my last houses and they were the best I've had.
