My current lighting until I get some radions

I have 1 4 foot Nova extreme pro t5ho with 6 bulbswith 10k/460 nm actinics as well as 1 4 foot marineland led reef capable fixture.

My question is would I be able to grow sps on the t5 6 months down the line or would I need the 6 radions for that.

btw tank is 27 inches heigh

depends on the SPS. Some are easier than others... you'd def. need them up at the top of the tank.
There are other options that radions btw, and a lot have IMHO a better lighting spectrum and produce a better looking coral.

Yes, you can grow sps with T5's no problem.

The only other fixture that ecotech has to worry about is the GHL Mitras.
And those you can't run inside a canopy if you want to keep your warranty. They're pretty sexy though. I was playing with one this week.
