I recently added 90LBS of live rock to my new tank. Since I did add it live uncured from a big tank all kind of life came with the rocks. Yesterday when I was looking at the tank I noticed a little green colored shrimp swimming around and I realized its a small mantis shrimp! I really don't want trouble in my tank haha is there any way I can get rid of it. My tank is a 3x3x3ft cube so catching it with a net with all the rock work is kind of impossible. :(

I'm pretty sure they make traps for them. You can probably sell it after you get it out as well.

Make sure its a mantis. I do have a green pistol shrimp that is in my tank. Do you have a picture?
