You could try the same methods as aptasia (joes juice, aptasia x)...or else you could try a home remedy of squirting them with boiling hot water mixed with lemon juice.

I use JJ on mojano's and it's worked great. It hasn't hurt anything else, just need to make sure to turn the flow off so it dont blow on to other things.

I can vouch for Aiptasia X no problems, and no spreading. Quick and clean, and very cheap.
