I have about 75lbs of rock in my 55 gallon and was wondering if there is anything I can add to the water besides Calcium to mature the rock.

are you talking about coraline growth on the rock? if so then, calcium, alkalinity, and good lighting are the three main keys. just be you test before you dose. you don't want to end up with an unballance of any one thing.

If your talking about coraline, then just keep calcium between 400 and 450 with an alk. of 11 to 15 DKH.
And above all,,,have patence.

Like others mentioned already, keeping calcium, alkalinity and moderate lighting should be good.Regular water changes will help replenish those elements.

Did you add live rock or some kind of dry rock?If its dry, then add a piece or two of live rock that has coralline growing on it.That would help seed the dead rock.
