Lighting Upgrade

I have a 45 gal. FOWLR and I'd like to upgrade my lighting and possibly get an anemone and venture in to some corals. Currently I just have a florescent light and something like Ultra Sun Trichromatic. Should I go with something like this

Is the T5 different than my cheap florescent fixture that came with a hood like a starter light and 48" shop light that I have a standard florescent bulb in?

Can I just put a more reef specific light in one of the fixtures I have?

That light wouldn't be sufficient.

I think you should look into a 6 lamp t5HO with individual reflectors you should be able to keep most everything.

I agree. You need at least 4 T5 bulbs to keep corals and anemones. The light you linked to is 2 bulbs.
