Leopard wrasse

Hello!
I got a leopard wrasse a few days ago, but his not comming out at all he lays in the sand and refuses to eat let alone swim around the tank, ive gotton my water tested and its all great. any ideas on how to encourage him to come out of the sand?

That's not unusual at all, give it a few days and see how he goes. What is your set up?
