To check calcium you need a calcium test. Not sure what them two are not what I use.

the on is a ph buffer i think ant the other is the drops for testing your ph as far as i know.

The buffer is an Alk buffer (see new thread Alk vs pH on this board). You add an Alk buffer when Alkalinity is too low; it will help keep the Alk levels higher. The Alk bottle is for testing your Alkalinity.

Higher Alkalinity helps keep your pH stable.
