Is this crab ok on my reef?

He looks a lot like my decorator crab minus a couple of legs which I suspect to be from the popping creature yet to be identified in on the new rock.

If he is good I want to put him in the main tank and get him away from the mean guys.

Are his claws more pointy or cupped?
Cupped = good guys
Pointy = bad news

I dont know he was literally about the size of a tick.

I put him in the tank so I hope he is ok I felt bad for him on that rock with the monster popping off his legs. He had all his legs when I spotted him last week now he is missing 3!

He has the same head, eyes and legs as my decorator and appeared to be wearing plants so I feel confident he is a tiny decorator.

You might be right, he may be a small decorator. Me personally if I found a crab that small I would just put him back in the tank and hope for the best!

Yeah he has been in the main tank now for days and I have yet to see him, not sure if he made it or not.
