help identifying this voral

Hi,

I recently found this coral in my aquarium, it was upside down for several days I imagine. It is not in very good shape and I am trying to figure out what it is and if there are any suggestions to make it recover. All other corals are doing great in the aquarium. I currently have T5 lighting white and purple for about 8 hours a day. Also moon light for about 4 hrs at night

Moderate light and flow.
What's the water parameters?

Thanks for the reply, a brain coral is what I thought it was. Calcium is 400 and kh at 7-8 I've been adding some buffer to raise kh to 9. What do you think?

I also wanted go ask if it looks like the coral has some beaching or if it died from being upside down.
