TEMPERAMENT – Semi-aggressive
FOODS AND FEEDING - Should be fed a variety of high quality marine meaty foods. Will also eat other crustaceans and some invertebrates, including clams.

REEF COMPATIBILITY - No
CAPTIVE CARE – This is a peaceful fish as a juvenile and can be kept with other wrasses, but as it becomes an adult it will become more aggressive and cannot be kept with other wrasses. This wrasse prefers a tank with lots of rockwork, and is a know jumper and requires a tank with a tight fitting lid.
