Growing sponges

Do Not Listen To Me!!!
I had posted a fuzzy pic that turned out to be sponges growing on my live rock. Now it is growing in the same place again and it has only been a few days since the other tubes closed up. They are orange in color.

My question is why are they growing. I mean I know why but does this mean I have good water(for now) or bad.

I know it is high in Nitrates still but my Nites are lowering and so is the Ammonia.

I also noticed the the red thing that looks like a plant but is hard has attached itself to the rock as well as other coral.sponge/plants I put in. They aren't corals but you can see them here. https://www.livingreefs.com/my-tampa-bay-saltwater-package-t31885.html on page 3 I think.

The light brown thing in the middle seems to open up after the lights go on and the purple on in front of the overflow does as well. It has tons of tiny flower like things you can't even tell are there until the open up.

I have to say my 2 Anemones are kickin and it has been about 2 weeks. They still eat a piece of shrimp every 2 days and today the one that is in the open ate a huge piece like nothing..

For having not great enough lights and all they seem just fine and actually the all white one has gotten its purple look back and it hides behind the rock. Weird I guess.

I only have 216 watts for the 80 gallon bowfront. One sits about 6 inches from the water line or maybe a little more while the other is near the bottom behind the rocks just chillin out of the power streak haha.

Some types of sponges thrive in less than perfect water conditions.
There growing because theres something in there they like.

I was just looking today and saw some yellow sponges growing.

All my sand is getting a pink color. I am referring to the crushed coral that is in large pieces like 1/4 inch. Anything that isn't find sand is getting a pink look.

Very pretty.

If its orange and growing on the rocks it could be tunicates.

I grabbed this shot from the googles.

No, it started out looking like little tops of champagne glasses then it kind of melted together to be like the sponges I already have. Now it is growing again.

I have 2 pics here.

Yellow is a picture of this yellow thing growing. it looks just like the orange sponge except the shape it is starting it is more flower like.

Orange is a picture of the same fuzzy one I posted when it started but this time it is more clear and you can see the round patters it starts in then is like melts together. This is growing out of what was already there.

I used my Droid X so pardon the quality.

In the 2nd photo that is a red ridge sponge and yes it too cannot be exposed to the aie which sucks because it has been in the air 2 times already as it is so high up I can't do a 25% water change without it hitting the air.

I still don't get how air clogs it but I am no scientist. It still looks fine so far but I guess I killed it. I put phytoplankton in the water once a week and so it is getting that and it gets great great water movement.

It has grown onto the rock it is on so I would have to rip it off, well not rip it isn't that grown onto it yet but still. I like where it is but man how can I change the water then.
