Frogspawn getting smaller

Hey guys,

my frogspawn is getting smaller and smaller my toad stool is doing fine
I bought a cleaner shrimp he disappeared in a day. my two clowns died and my goby died had them
for about 6 months

my levels are good I just dont know what to do

Do you have pictures. Cal. Is very high, are you dosing or just wrong numbers. What is your husbandry routine.

Yes that Ca is high should be precipating out of solution at that reading-if all other chemistry is correct-
