Electronic Testers

Hey Guys,


I've been looking around at electronic test kits for pH and calcium etc..... are they really worth the money that they cost?

they would be very nice to have but i just cannot justify the cost of them. the probs have to be changes out every so offten and the cal probs are very expensive.

I guess THE best thing I ever added to my tank,was a PH monitor.I bought a used AC Jr with a PH probe.So instead of having to look at colors to see where my PH is,I just look at the monitor.Plus it lets me exactly how much the PH swings in a 24 hour period.
I couldnt justify the cost of a calcium monitor either.
