Cyano?

I'm assuming this is Cyano. IT has slowly started to develope in my tank over the last few weeks and seems to be getting worse.
Actions taken:
New CUC from Reef cleaners, been in the tank now for about 5 days
Checked RO/DI TDS testing at 2 ppm. added additional DI filter now 0 TDS
11% water change every 15 days for the last 3 months or so.
Changed GFO and Carbon in BRS reactor
Today left lights off and will do that tomorrow as well.
I have 4 750 Hydor Koralia pumps going and it seems like plenty of water movement.
I feed once a day mysis shrimp and don't feed at all on the weekend.

See water test results below. Never had any P04 and Nitrate and Nitrite always 0. I have read where everyone gets this at some time and it will eventually go away if you keep up on water changes.
Am I missing something? any suggestions? Thanks

Looks like cyano to me. It seems you are on top of the situation. You could increase your water changes to once a week and also siphon out as much of the cyano as you can when doing your water changes. If it persists you could also do a lights out for a couple days. Everyone experiences blooms of some sort. Good luck!
