coral lighting question

in my 14 biocube i have a rock that is close to the top of the tank... about 5 inches away from the lights.. are there any lps or softies that require high lighting that i can put on this rock that wont get burnt? im afraid i will put something on the rock and it will be too close to the rock and hurt it. i was thinking maybe putting ricordea on it since theres not much room for tentacles to sway around.. or more zoos?

and also can someone reccomend me good sights for corals and frags, and fish/invertebrates that are pretty cost efficient, and ship well and dont introduce any harmful hitch hikers or anything?

I think you'd be alright putting Zoas that high. The lights aren't that strong in the BC14, just acclimate them before putting them that high.

Live aquaria is a great site to order from. And for inexpensive frags check out the $10 frag section at MrCoral.com
